What's the scoop?
Each competitor selects a team of five players, plus an alternate out of the field for
the relevant major. Only scores for the five players selected will count, however if a player withdraws throughout the tournament, the alternate can be used. The score for each player corresponds to their placing in the field ie, if your
player finishes 10th, he scores 10 points. Scores for all five players are added and "punter" with the lowest score wins. If you tip the winner, he scores -5, instead of 1. If a player misses the cut, his score will be equal to the number of
competitors in the field.
